Optional Extras, Payments and Cancellations
- Minimum Stay: A 3 Night Minimum Stay is required to book this Apartment
- Check-In Procedure: The Property Managers office is located at Shop 2, 39 East Esplanade, Manly, only a few minutes walk from the Ferry Wharf. Guests are required to pick-up
keys and sign in before proceeding to their apartment. After Hours key pick-up can be arranged prior to arrival.
- Extra Guests: Roll-away beds & Sofa Beds are not available in these apartments
- Infants: Cot & Highchair package can be provided - A$8 /night
- Cleaning: Apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis.
- Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking.
- Payment and Cancellation:
- 10% of the full cost of the stay will be charged at the time of the booking.
- This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
- A further deposit of $300 will be required for stays less than one week, and $500 for bookings more than one week at the time of booking.
- A $100 fee will apply for any booking that is cancelled (as well as the 10% non-refundable deposit)
- Should the booking be cancelled more than 14 days prior to booked arrival, then a refund will be made less $100 cancellation fee, less 10% non-refundable deposit.
- Should the booking be cancelled within 14 days of booked arrival, no refunds will be made.
- The balance is payable on arrival.
- All prices quoted are low season prices unless otherwise indicated.
