- Cleaning: The apartments are self-serviced, cleaning equipment is provided in the apartment. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. A one-off departure cleaning fee of $143 applies to all bookings.
- Internet: Internet can be connected at extra cost
- Telephone: is cabled for incoming calls - connection and line rental can be done at extra cost.
- Handicapped Access: The apartments are not specifically designed for wheelchair access, however the building has an elevator and allows flat access to the apartments.
- Non-Smoking: All apartments are non-smoking however each apartment has a balcony.
Minimum Payment Requirements & Cancellation Policy:
- A non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the whole stay will be charged at the time of booking.
- Full Payment of the 90% balance of the first month or part there of, is also required at the time of booking
- Cancellations less than 30 days and more than 14 days of the booked date of arrival date, will forfeit the10% deposit (of the whole booked stay) and 50% of the the first month's rent.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the booked date of arrival, no-show or shortening of stay will forfeit the 10% deposit (of the whole booked stay) and the full the cost of the first month's rent or part there of.
- 14 days notice is required to shorten a stay to avoid further cost.
- By making a booking it is understood that you accept this policy.
- All prices quoted are low season prices unless otherwise indicated.
